1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of leevaph.shop and any order you place. The store is operated by LEEVA PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (company number 05974005), registered office 3 Tollbar Cottages Coach Road, Butterly Park, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3QW. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products

We sell unbranded, general-purpose travel toiletry and laundry organization products. We describe each item as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical product. We do not make clinical, safety-certification or protective-performance claims.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout plus any shipping. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full card details. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment is not authorised — and will refund any amount already taken.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The site content, product photography and brand name are owned by or licensed to LEEVA PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Liability

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
