Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed by Stripe or PayPal. During busy periods processing may take an extra day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order:

• United States: 3–7 business days (standard tracked).
• United Kingdom & Europe: 4–9 business days.
• Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days where we can ship.

Carrier delays, customs inspections and remote addresses can extend these windows.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $6 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $55 or more ship free to US addresses. The exact shipping charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched we email a confirmation with the tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices are shown in USD and do not include import duties or taxes for international orders. Where applicable, these are charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Damaged, lost or undeliverable parcels

• Damaged in transit: email support@leevaph.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
• Undeliverable / wrong address: if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will re-ship once the correct address and any re-delivery shipping cost are confirmed.

Address changes

We can only change a shipping address before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details.
