Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer; if we expect a significant delay we will email you.
You will receive an order confirmation by email when you place an order, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking details (where available) once it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at a flat standard rate that is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Orders with a subtotal over $55 USD qualify for free standard shipping. All charges are displayed and processed in US dollars (USD).
Any faster or tracked upgrade options, where offered, are shown at checkout with their own price and estimated delivery window.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed:
- United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days.
- Europe: approximately 5–12 business days.
- North America: approximately 7–15 business days.
- Rest of world: approximately 7–20 business days.
Estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers, customs processing, weather and remote destinations can all affect transit times.
Tracking your order
Where a tracked service is used, a tracking number is included in your dispatch email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at support@leevaph.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge, and we have no control over them. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, our standard return terms apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
We pack every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@leevaph.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If a tracked parcel appears lost in transit, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and put things right.
Incorrect address & undeliverable orders
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the goods, excluding original shipping costs.
