Our promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from https://leevaph.shop.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • returned within 14 days of the delivery date;
  • unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
  • in its original packaging with any tags or labels attached; and
  • accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

Hygiene & sealed items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. This includes sleep masks and refillable amenity bottle and jar kits, and any product sold sealed for hygiene where the seal has been broken. These exceptions do not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@leevaph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm your return is eligible and send return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address we provide.

Please do not send items back before requesting a return, as we may be unable to process them.

Return shipping costs

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. If the return is the result of our error or a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds cover the price of the returned goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (where eligible) for a refund and place a new order. If you need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@leevaph.shop, including your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any applicable rights under the laws of England and Wales. Where consumer-protection laws in your own country provide you with additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
